Man, it's an awesome panel but I don't like that Hori (really everyone) always draws the wrong fist up on the follow through of a punch. You're gonna tell me that Deku punched Muscular's left side with his right hand like that?
Either have him with the other fist raised (would look worse, since it'd be blocking the flow of his body after the punch) or have him punching through Muscular's right side (you'd still have this great pose with the flow, and it'd make more sense visually).

The Japanese is:

It sounds like the part that confuses people is the "shake training" part which is:
>“振動”
"Shindou" (i.e. similar to the pronunciation of the character's name) which means oscillation or vibration, or as it's been previously localized before, shaking. And then:
>トレーニング
Which is literally just "training" spelled out in katakana.

And generally speaking, shake training is a type of resistance training people will sometimes do I think?

The rest is just 気づかない内に which is the "without realizing" part, and でもしたか which is the "or something like that" part.

Basically Deku is saying that Shindou's big sacrificial shaking attack is what ultimately exhausted his muscles all at once, so it wasn't for nothing and all that jazz.

Kind of translates to vibration training, but the 振 kanji stands for shaking. It's kind of weird to translate.
All in all the translator did a good job though.
