Same, i really tried to like the chapter but i just fucking can't with the cringy dialogue and execution of things, i knew he was pulling a Lelouch but my God don't humilliate a character like that, it feels like the author deliberately shat on Eren to make Armin look good. And worse than that is that he basically left Eren with no agency, throwing to the shitter all his buildup from previous chapters, him saying that he didn't really know why he did the Rumbling after saying shit like seeing beyond the hell, moving forward, and breaking the cycle of hate just reeks of character assassination to me.

You never said this in the green text and I don't read MHA so I wouldn't if that's true.
You implied the man was no longer decent because he pushed the eugenics too much making their first son mad to the point of suicide and ruining the family. The implication there is that if he had not been an evil eugenics autist nothing wrong would've happened in the first place and the could've been happy with 1 son and 1 daughter regardless of results.
