to cut things short, basically about a year ago i went on a huge weight loss diet, and after like 6-8 months it worked, lost over 100 pounds, well, then i moved to a different state, and brother got diagnosed with cancer, so i was at low point in my life, turned to food.. fast forward like a year, and i quit my diet, so i gained back almost 50 pounds. well, in a few months i will be seeing my old friends back in my original state, but i cannot go back looking, you know fat again. it will be embarrassing and i'll look like a joke. so my question is, is there any way i can lose like least 30-50 pounds in 2-3 months? my current weight is around 230-240 (my weight scale is shit) and im 5'10.
my current strategy is 1,500 calories a day and no food at all on Friday's mixed with maybe 10 minute a day exercise daily. is this good? any tips? thx guy's
