I was curious what your progression capabilities were specifically for running? If you are ot AVERAGE physical activity but run a 6 minute mile how far could you hope to improve with 4 hours of training daily over 6 months training for over-all speed on the mile and 5km?
Less than 4 hours of exercise per week jumping to over 28 hours of exercise per week, what can I hope to accomplish? Would I increase my times by 10%? 20%? 60%?
