This physique confuses me. With the bad genetic threads where people post that one ripped guy with the unfortunately huge waist and the like, I can visually see why their physique is bad. With this, it exceeds those, because I genuinely can't figure out how one ends up with large upper arms but small delts and forearms, but a massive fucking core, yet no pecs. How does one train for this physique? It'd have to be the most specified form of training I've yet seen.
