*extremely intense means 75%/80% hearth reserve rate, for 30 minutes, no stop, no sprinting or bullshit HIIT.
I was outrunning everybody when mountain tracking and could sky no stop for 1 week.
Fuck body fat percentage, i want to be big and deadlift 405 pounds.
