Test may not even be an issue with you, but ways to make sure to maximize natural test is to lift heavy, eat at least fairly healthy, and get enough sleep.
Those seem like hobbies that a lot of people grow out of so don’t try and think there’s anything wrong with you for losing Interest in those.
And something you’re interested in or enjoy may not even be a hobby. It may be out of your comfort zone. It may just be a subject or something you see, maybe you dont exactly derive joy from it but it interests you. I took a tech writing class and started frequently reading articles from futurism dot com. It would likely be something different for you. I can’t tell you exactly where to find it but try to look deeper into things that catch your eye or make you think for a moment. You may not find it soon so don’t worry, but from a formerly suicidal depressed 19 y/o (I’m 20 now) I found that everything including my outlook on life changed when I found that thing for me. I might still be years away from truly reaching my career but as long as the sense of fulfillment, achievement, and eagerness to continue to grow and progress are there I’d say you’re on the right path. Don’t be afraid to be developing in your 20s, a lot of guys who stopped developing themselves at 18 end up peaking at 25 and end up on a downhill slope the rest of their life. Keep climbing up anon
