I find that state identity only comes into play when you're interacting with someone from a different region. People here like to get assblasted at people living in the coastal states because those other regions are full of faggot gommies (or so they say here).
I haven't been out of the Midwest in a long time, but I don't think I would bring up that I'm from Iowa unless somebody asked me first. I have a pretty neutral accent.>>54463621
I won't be participating in the caucus, as it's essentially a bullshit 19th century system where everyone packs into one room and has to raise their hand when their preferred candidate's name is called. Not just going to a secret ballot like every other state is fucked up.
Oh and if I do vote in the general election, which I still may not, I prefer Bernie Sanders.>how does it feel that your usually so irrelevant (no offense, but it's true) state suddenly gets all this attention?
None taken. I suppose it's better than Iowa being the butt of corn and pig jokes from all the other states, like usual. Like I said in >>54463643
everyone here gets bombarded with political commercials for months on end. I just want it to be over. ;_;
