For fuck sake, what's with USA tv/movie productions obsession of having 18+ (in many cases 25+) year old actors portraying high-school students?
Japan does that too in their drama's,but only when the main setting is in a high-school(and the main cast are mostly 17-18 year old senior,so the actors are maximum 5 years older than their characters or are roughly the same age).
Saban Brands/Disney Corp both have 23 seasons total which are adaptations,so including Beast Morpher(the one that has Go-Busters as source) there are 10 full seasons which are set in high-school: MMPR S1-3,Zeo,Turbo(a few episodes of ..in Space),Dino Thunder,Megaforce(Goseiger) and Super Megaforce(Gokaiger),Ninja Steel.
Keep in mind that Megaranger is the only adapted Super Sentai season where 5 core members are senior high-school students(17-18 year),which was in 1997/1998(it's btw the source material for ..in Space) and TurboRanger from 1989 is actually the first one !That's only 2 fucking seasons out of 42( with Kaitou Sentai Lupinranger VS Keisatsu Sentai Patranger being currently airing)!
It's even more baffling that every SS season which had an adaptation(or will be adapted) have 1 or 2 members who are in high-school(or is around that age),with the recent one being Kyuranger(#41).
