>>16323286>barring countries whose citizens aren't responsible for any attacks on the US
Iran, Libya, Somalia, Yemen, Sudan, and Syria haven't had any citizens come to the US to blow us up or shoot us.>NOT barring countries whose citizens have attacked the US, BUT have business interests with the Trump Org
Remember when an Egyptian went nuts with a gun at LAX? Egypt ain't on the list. Oh, how about that time when an Algerian wanted to car bomb the same airport? Ooh, Algeria's not also on the list. The attempted plane bomber in '09? Nigeria, not on the list.
How about 9/11? Oh, that was Egypt, the UAE, Lebanon, and Saudi Arabia, none of which are on the list. Oof.>NOT barring the country whose citizens are and which is the primary spreader of the sect of that religion that radicalizes the region against us
You wanna know who the biggest contributor to that part of the world being fucked up is? Saudi Arabia. Even our contributions (which are many) are often in response to SA stirring shit. They send Wahhabism to their neighbors / competitors / enemies, get them to rah-rah-death-to-America, and then we bomb 'em and make things easier for Saudi Arabia. Why should they fight their neighbors when they can get us to do it?
The ban's a piece of shit. If its true goal IS to safeguard American lives in the States, it's a fucking failure based on where attacks have come from in the past few decades and where they're most likely to come from next. You start watching Saudi Arabia like a hawk and crack down on their export of Wahhabism and you're already doing more to combat the spread of terror than any President in the same span, but we don't, because we want their fucking money and oil.
