The only bad one of those is shonen, specifically anything from shonen jump because it is creatively bankrupt and tied up too much in corporate oversight to avoid being "risky", exactly exactly like capeshit in the West. It's also quite literally catered for 8-16 year olds. You shonen fags are literally reading shit for 8 year olds.
Of course Jojo, one of the few even kind of creative/cool shonen (not saying it's even that good, just okay) from Jump's long history, got bumped up to seinen instead and left weekly shonen jump years ago. Doesn't that telegraph anything to these current day shonen kids? Don't they see it? There's not much left there worth caring about yet all these manchildren waterbrains can't get enough of Boruto and Boku no Hero etc.
Following action-shonen WSJ tripe is like being excited to watch someone microwave a meal - it is set to always go a certain way and have a certain outcome in a certain time frame (or was canceled otherwise), is bland and flavorless in some aspects and oversaturated in others, is not healthy to consume in excess and often isn't even enjoyable with the hot/cold spots.
Seinen and generally more independent stuff etc allows people to cook up stories with far more creative control and variety. It's objectively the most pleb thing possible in the medium to mainly follow the Jump shonen.
