Been talking it easy for the past couple years. Just going with the flow of life has definitely reduced my stress level a lot, although I think I've unfortunately developed an anxiety disorder. Not sure what to do about that desu~...>>2470416
Interesting. I've noticed that if I don't make a conscious effort to bother to wake up, I'll sleep for ~12 hours. That said, I have two ranges where if I get that amount of sleep I won't feel tired, but if I get more or less I will. Those being ~6 hours of sleep and ~12 hours of sleep. Maybe it has to do with my being a night owl.
