Yes they have. Rem cannot go against Subaru because it's love that has lasted. You have posted a quote saying she can never get rid of the feeling even if she tried. You have posted nor said anything else about her being able to resist.
Then we combine this with what actually happens in the story.
Subaru returns, supposedly if Rem was complex and is carefully weighing options, this is the turning point for her and what she says here should have incredible weight of what she decided to do. There should be a pause before she responds or showing that she is thinking or something to indicate she is weighing options, even if quickly. Subaru even expects this of her, that she should protest or he has to explain.
Yet it's the opposite. There is no thought, there is not weighing, there is only instantaneous action.
But supposedly there was thought and this was a decision she has decided, except it happens so quickly that no indication of that exists. And your only position is that she loves Subaru.
What she would be weighing is the danger to her and Rui for staying vs leaving. If she was putting any serious thought into it at all and the Subaru choice is the one she's more resistant to that must mean she thinks staying near Subaru presents a greater danger to leaving him. If it was more dangerous to leave and there are other benefits to staying like what Rui wants or him being a tie to her that's not even a thought process or choice, that's just idle folly.
Yet she's grossly embarrassed about that idle folly? Or is it that she instantly decided to go with the more dangerous option simply because he walked in the room and she can't resist him or think about this if he's there?
It can't be both and those are your options with everything you have claimed and provided.
She instantly took the more dangerous, risky path and put herself and Rui in immediate danger without a shred of hesitation because Subaru walked in the room.
