I didn't set a challenge last week because I was really down in the dumps, but let's just pretend that I did and the goal I'm working towards is "finally graduating university." Today, I sent an email that I've been avoiding for anxiety reasons for a week, and that should put me one step closer to graduation provided things go well. Even if it doesn't, it's still important because I practiced not avoiding. My semester is kind of going to hell in a handbasket, but there's still time to salvage things, and I'm feeling extra optimistic because...I finally got a COVID vaccine appointment! Looking forward to being able to rejoin society in June.
Graduating uni is probably too lofty a goal for this thread and prone to blogposting, so I want to refocus in the nearer term and set a goal of restarting my fitness routine this week and exercising at least three times by next Monday.
