not the same anon, but i had a singular experience with lucid dreaming, the only tip i used was to have an "artifact" which was a blue faced, citizen quartz watch i used to wear up until i would goto bed. i wanted to try a lucid dream so i tried to sleep back flat and rolled the blanket under boths sides so i couldn't roll.
it was the first time i felt like i had participated more than just being a spectator, i look down at my hand, its a perfect visualisation of my watch, with the same chip on the glass, although the hands have all stopped. then i remember running, and i never slowed down, infact both my shoes flew off i was running so fast, then i think i ran until i didnt exist, i saw my feet run out from under me and i woke up sweating and having the wierdest feeling.
a feeling i've had only when ive had a really bad cold and fever and after 3 days of being bed ridden i can almost feel the sickness wear off like a full body skin sensation, if i had to describe that its like squeezing a plastic bag with water in it but your trying to get all the floaty bits to one side so you can scoop it out, and you almost get it all in a single go but a few pieces float back out of the way
sorry OP didnt intend on derailing your thread
