PSA: All you need to consume to be healthy and free of heart disease is eat what your ancestors ate and excercise, stay away from the processed foods and sugar, eat fruit if you need sugar for extra power. France has one of the lowest heart disease rates in the whole world along with spain and japan. They smoke, they drink, but still the lowest heart disease rate in the world. It's because they eat food that comes from the ground, and plenty of meat. Although in japan this is becoming worse as they have more fast food, general breakfast lunch and dinner is traditional with sushi and then noodles or burgers, and a shit ton of green tea/water. Never eat at any big chain restaraunt, Never eat fast food, always cook at home, even if it's a quick chicken sandwich on whole grain or some rice with egg and salmon in the morning. If you do this and walk 20,000 steps per day, you'll never be fat or unhealthy.
