Howdy /fit/ new “lifter” here trying to get as fit as I can given my circumstances, I was wondering if y’all could help me out with new workouts to do, I only have 2x 20lb dumbbells and 2x 15lb ones as well that I rarely use. Currently I try to do at least 100 push-ups a day spread out over the whole day, with increased intensity at the end of the day, squats, and curls with the 20lbs dumbbells. I try to run every other day and weightlift after running. Just began my journey, and I was wondering if there is anything else I should throw in there that uses body weight/dumbbells to do, could you help me out?
My diet is a lot better than it used to be, but is still lacking. Nutrition tips would be helpful, especially in the scope of meal preps because that’s what I plan on eating throughout the week for lunch and dinner.
