Progress Day 12
Currently at 326 lbs 5'10 and lost 14lbs since starting mainly trying low carb, eating less overall and intermittent fasting for a few days (16:8)
Been exercising at home for about 6 times a day with 10 min workout (jogging in place, knee pushups, crunches, minor arm exercises, squats) followed by an hour walk.
I some how gained a pound today and got scared since I've been losing about a pound per day but I calmed down and wanted to ask:
1. The only weight lifting I do are the arm exercises with 4lb dumbells because that's all I have, I think I can at least do 7lbs but dumbells are so hard to find now... whats the best way to start lifting for a guy like me who can't do one regular push up?
2. Tried low carb and eating less but woke up today feeling dizzy, I figure I'm not getting enough fat to make up for the fewer carbs or fasting without probably getting enough electrolytes. How do I combat feeling dizzy or constipated/loose stool? Should I change my diet?
Any help is appreciated, hope to continue this average of 1lb lost per day.
