Newfag here. What is the proper workout for running on treadmill? I've tried looking it up online, and I've seen many where it says i should have specific speed to run for specific amount of minutes. Can't I just choose a speed and then run until my session is over?
Also, is it weird i always have to take multiple breaks for each session on running on treadmill? Those breaks can last 4-7 minutes, and I can only run 1-2 minutes before being out of breath.
