I recommend to not just run, but run until you can't. Not until you're tired, but until you can't literally. You'll feel some pain in the knees and lots of sore, but still, you can do core and arms in the other days.

Whatever. There's no back, and endorfines will heal you way more effectively than trying to change your mindset in one day (because in order to change your mindset in one day, you gotta push yourself to the limit)
