How do I work my chest without using my front delts? I feel my front delts in literally every chest exercise I try.
Push-Ups, Barbell Bench Press, Dumbbell Bench Press, Dumbbell Flyes, Cable Flyes, even friggin' DIPS I feel in my delts and next to nothing in my chest.
I've tried low weight high rep, focusing on "mind muscle connection" and it doesn't work. I've tried high weight low rep to "stimulate" my chest and it doesn't work. My front delts just take the brunt of literally everything.
I've even done the whole "retract your shoulders back" and I still only feel it in my front delts.
I've got a similar problem with my quads, but I finally found a good way to hit those at least.
