I'm the guy you replied to. 1/2 is way, way easier than 3/4. At least for me.
I can shoulder press 1pl8 for 7 reps. Bench 205 for 6 reps.
My squat is 165 for 5. My deadlift is 225 for 3.
I can do 9 pull-ups with 45lb attached
I'm 5'9" at 150 lb bodyweight.
Idk I feel like upper body is way easier for me. I only train legs once a week but I do upper body 3 times a week. I used to do chest 2 times a week but I mostly focus on shoulders, with only one bench per week and 2 days of pressing.
I do legs once a week but mostly do cardio (running) for legs.
