Well, should I suck off guys in the shower at the gym after I workout? My gym buddy says I should, he says he does it after every workout to get extra protein to help with his gains, and I should do it too. He even said I could practice on him to make sure I know the best techniques for getting the maximum protein available. I'm not sure though, I'm pretty sure he's lied to me before. One time he told me I should wear my squat plug outside the gym to help me practice bracing, and kept asking me to send him pictures of it in "to check I'm fully committed to training", but I'm pretty sure that was bullshit.
So, is this more bullshit and he's just trying to trick me into sucking off guys in the showers, or is it a legit training method?
