anon, that walking is good, but bump it up if you want to give yourself an easier time.
You don't value your time much right now, so bump up your walk to a 4 hour trek. Use Google maps to find a nice long route, preferably one that doesn't have you turning around and walking back the same route, but coming back home via another way, it's easier somehow to push on.
if you walk 4 hours at your weight, you'll be able to eat 2000+ calories and still lose a shit ton.
you've made really good progress all year, and I know it's demoralising to have that end, you were just losing weight too fast before, you'd find it easier if the deficit was max 1000kcal a day, which is still 2lbs a week.
You can do it anon, life is absolutely worthwhile, I know how it feels to be in the hole, and just assume you'll never be happy or look forward to anything again, but it'll pass. you just need one win, and it'll open your eyes up to all the great stuff you havent been paying attention to.
