Thanks! I went from 247-175. For the skin I'm honestly not sure. I was terrified of loose skin but I don't seem to have much/any. I think you might have to be whale status (350+) before it becomes an issue.
For diet, since I had no muscle in the first pic I did omad of 1500 calories untill I was about 200lbs. Took about 3 months to lose the 47lbs. From there I noticed I made noobie gains so did a 2 month high protien maintenance phase of 2900 calories.
Then I did another cut from 200-180 that was more of a normal cut. Went from 2900->2600->2300->2000 calories. High protein and frequent meals. Took another 2 months.
From there I did another 2 month maintenance and sadly ballooned to 187
Most recently I went from 187-175 with the same diet and it took another 2 months. I'm in maintenance right now and will start a lean bulk too
Supplements I take multivitamin+vitamin D+omega 3+creatine+finasteride
Routine is full body every other day. (ik it's memeshit but it works for me.)
