Kidney damage from being muscular

It's well known that people with increased muscle mass have higher levels of creatinine in their blood (also, higher protein diets also incrase creatinine). Doesn't this mean that bodybuilding/weight training is bad for kidneys long term? Pic rel is me, 125 mol/L creatinine (110 is the normal upper limit), I'm worried about my kidneys failing.
