I fucking hate injuries bros. I seem to constantly tweak something. Fortunately, I don’t injure the same thing twice, it’s always something new. I like to think that after every injury that tendon or whatever comes back stronger and that I am slowly fortifying my body. I can’t believe these overuse injuries, I don’t feel like I am going that crazy hard in the gym.
Right now I have minor ulnar wrist pain. I don’t know how I got it. Today is my second rest day for it while trying to do wrist stretches. Tomorrow I’m going to attempt to deadlift and hope that it sorts itself out. If not, I’ll probably have to go to the physical therapist. I really hope its either just a minor tweak or that it can be fixed with a cortizone shot. I’m sick of being told, “Just don’t lift for a month while it heals bro.”
