I'm always surprised when people assume everyone's goal should be to get massive. I want strong muscles with some mass to them but I would like to stay relatively lean. I don't strictly do calisthenics, I use weights for several exercises, and when doing calisthenics I wear a weighted jacket, but calisthenics are extremely based. I don't even want to bloat up, I enjoy being able to do certain movements that would be impossible if I got too big. Dips and pull ups are some of the best exercises there are, especially with a weighted jacket.
