If I trained for powerlifting id be at at least 180kg for reps when using chalk and belts.
I do 140kg for reps without chalk or belts, because I only DL once or twice a month. I'm going for that otter/twink mode, i value leanness over raw strength.
Call this a cope or whatever but you know it to be true. All training is a trade off, choosing to strengthen one area at the expense of others.
I'd still be able to pin down and rape any of these girls so who is really stronger?
