Countries where the biggest second language is not English:
-Estonia (56% Russian vs. 50% English)
-Latvia (67% Russian vs. 46% English)
-Lithuania (80% Russian vs. 38% English)
-Slovakia (47% Czech vs. 26% English)
-Slovenia (61% Croatian vs. 59% English)
In the UK the most spoken secondary languages are French (19%), English (10%) and German (6%).
