This unfortunately isn't an EXACT number because the Family Passes don't have an exact number of dependents attached to them, just up to 2 adults and X number of children

but of them there were 11 family passes.

If we assume 2 adults and 1 child each we can add 22 passes to the number to a whopping total of 230 pre-registered human beings on-site

There WASNT an option to purchase tickets on-site and it was "open to the public" for half of the convention so real numbers are impossible.

But we know that the main hall was never once seen with over 100 people in it.

Interesting note:

Of the potentially 230 people registered

we know that nearly 60 of them only registered for Single Day passes.

A QUARTER of the attendees didn't even want to be there for more than a day.

Rough breakdown of my tally (which is probably off by a few because obviously)

Single Day Pass Adult = 46

Single Day Pass Youth = 8

Family Single Day Pass = 4

Family Weekend Pass = 7

Weekend Pass Youth = 4

Weekend Pass Adult = 75

Crystalling Package = 33

Crystal Heart Guardian Pass = 11

Crystal Knight Pass = 8

Fluglehorn Pass = 9

Now

Being generous

And assuming that exactly 0 people purchased their passes while they were on sale (10-15% off)

That would give this convention an operation budget of $27,520.

That's for 3 VIP guests.
