How did they get so popular when this album came out? I remember there was quite a buzz around the time of their debut. When Pinkerton came out no one gave a shit anymore.

Yet, right before the green album came out everyone and their mother was as Weezer fan all of a sudden.

Hey /mu/, I'm interested in learning some type of
hand-held percussion instrument. I'm looking for something light and portable, capable of different sounds/pitches so it doesn't get stale, and most of all something fun. I already write music on the acoustic guitar, so something I could add to my songwriting would be cool, but not necessary. Hit me with some suggestions /mu/.
