When I try to stand atraight and aesthetic, the tip of my big toes hurts, or the arch of my feet hurts, or my knees or ancles. If I stay standing for long periods (half or one hour) my back starts hurting aswell. This isnt normal. I have the feeling I have a case of flat feet and scoliosis.Take in mind I walk or go cycling at least 30 minuts everyday. Besides doing pull ups, push ups, curl ups, side plank, deadlift and squats. While doing squats and deadlift my knees and legs are also uncomfortable and the knees make a cracking noise.
