-meditate...no seriously start meditating. Its not some hippie ass bullshit. I single-handly believe that meditation was the only thing that kept me from going over the edge on multiple occasions. Do it for long enough over a long enough period of time and little irritations become less bothersome to you and flow off of without bringing frustration. Seriously start meditating, Its easy to learn and hard to master but you'll be better in the end because of it and its free!
-Introspect and try self-realization. Take time to outline yourself and look at your priorities. Is what you wrote down what you want in life? Do you even give a shit about what you wrote down? What do you spend most of your time doing? Would you rather spend more of it on something else? What do you stress most about? Why? Is a relationship important to you? What are you looking for? What gives you peace of mind? What drives you to fucking insanity? Can you distance yourself more from shit that drives you crazy than you are right now?
You'll probably be surprised at the answers you find and true revelations are worth their mental weight in gold
-realize that life changes constantly. The shit you worry about now will probably not be the same shit your worrying about in 5-10years time. If it still does then seek professional help for change. You deserve it and letting it control you is not worth it
-Be forgiving to yourself. Living a life of self-hatred isn't worth it (once again I am a hypocrite of this but its true). Even if you hate your own guts, try to find something you like about yourself. I can guarantee there are others that will find something to like about you too.
