Since there's tons of whining about "stop posting what I don't like" around these parts, I thought I'd give you anons a quick guide on how to improve your browsing experience by using 4chan X.
It's a browser extension for most browsers (either through an extension, or by using Tampermonkey) that basically adds a shitload of super useful features and re-designs existing features to be easier to use.
The most useful of which is the filtering feature. It's much more comprehensive and easier to use than the default filter, letting you filter posts with a plethora of different methods, whether through text, or filename, or file size, image dimensions, name, tripcode, etc.
It also makes hiding posts a lot easier, simply making a button beside the post, as opposed to the default site which requires you to click the arrow and then click Hide. Furthermore, you can set it to hide posts recursively, meaning that you can hide one post, and any future post replying to that hidden post will also be automatically hidden.
So if you see some shit you don't like, you can just hit that hide button and bam, no more shit, and any faggots replying to it will also be hidden if you choose. And for threads, you can shift-click threads from the catalog page to hide them.
You can also use the drop-down menu on individual posts and there are filtering options there, allowing you to filter the comment or filename or whatever, from that post. However, if you select Comment, it will add a filter for that specific post, in its entirety. Any variation to the post will not get filtered. When it comes to comment filtering, you have to do it manually, for the most part.
