Hopefully if I live in Silicon Valley I'll be rooming with friends so it won't be harder on the rest of us.
I've been trying to find ways to make money on the side (drawing, writing and possibly self publishing, etc etc) in hopes for an emergency stash if I have trouble when I graduate.
I've been getting involved in those hackathons and stuff at school in an effort to try to speed up my learning. My hopes are I can use that to my advantage.
I assumed Comp Sci was the safest bet to go into vs. a lot of other engineering fields cause all the coding would help me be versatile. Problem is now I don't know if I want to focus on Informatics Assurance and cybersecurity, or stay in software development and get the certificate I want with making videogames. I also want to get into research at school, too.
Like there's so much shit I can do and so little time, and I can't tell what's going to be worth my time for the future or what's not.
