So, the announcement.
I think you'll be all pleased to learn a certain anon kindly agreed to take over running of Trash Thematic Thursday events in 2017. They're very capable and dedicated, thus I'm confident the event will get even bigger and better than it is now. They will receive all necessary accounts and documents (along with a modest collection of polygonal foxes) in early January.
Additionally, they will be given my full help and support in the running of their first edition, particularly around management of the poll to ensure they can quickly identify and weed out fake votes.
On the next TT:
As this busy and special time leaves majority of anons preoccupied with other things, we'll be skipping the current suggestions/polling cycle, which is why suggestions spreadsheet will not be updated this week.

I'll leave the details to them, though regardless of what the changes might be I'm sure they are the best person to make more good things happen.
