Yet another fallacy. I actually don't believe people should be jailed for questioning the holocaust, but the immensely aggregious nature of the holocaust makes this reaction completely understandable. The intent isn't to hide anything, the intent was to try and prevent a culture that enables something that horrid from ever happening again. Although, all this said, it can be argued this kind of misinformation is a real threat to society, too.
Anyways, the legal status of questioning the holocaust is not evidence it didn't happen, that makes no sense. It's entirely irrelevant and doesn't refute the immense evidence that it happened.
