Like if I thought of a story for that it'd be a kidnapping that happened in the heat of the moment, and the kidnapper is all panicked and freaking out and worried about getting caught, and they have to keep checking on their helpless captive they left bound and gagged in a secret location.
They can't free them or they'll go to jail (no matter how much the victim begs and pleads they won't say a word) so they have to quietly care for someone in this humiliating position until gradually they start loving the control over them.
