last year i did the same with my dog of 15 years, and i still regret it even though she wasn't doing well
she appeared to have had a stroke or something, couldnt eat or drink or lift her head properly, i had to help her into the back seat
later i read something online about a very common thing that happens to older dogs that seemed exactly like what had happened to her, and saw that it was usually something they recovered from within a few days, and i had only given her one because i thought she was completely fucked up, and i remember her eyes, she didnt look like she was dying, but i thought her body had failed
it probably did but i still have doubts
anyway it looks like we made it intact, somehow
hopefully they stay off that fucking boat
