Gaseous suppression systems do zero damage to property but can be harmful to people and have trouble with large fires.
Mist based systems use ultra fine water and do little damage to property and are safe to be under constantly.
Foam based systems would do moderate property damage could put out virtually any fire but is also more dangerous to occupants.
Traditional sprinklers wouldn't work well in this type of fire. And ABC fire extinguishers are too small to work.
