My theory is that because the girl who spawned Walpurgis was saved by Madoka, she is what makes up Godoka's conciousness since Madoka's soul left the god's husk. So Walpurgis is now acting out against Devil Homura to get Madoka back.
The only thing that would make a sure fire fucking plot twist is the two Homu theory;
BowHomu is split from DevilHomu and Devil Homu out of desperation absorbs Krimheld Gretchen that was sealed in Homura's shield and given to Homura's Alter Ego "Ai".
Also i hope there is some clarification as to wtf WraithMadoka was
