>>222537135>Miura's death as not only dropped me into depression but filled me with an existential dread that I'm really struggling to cope with. Here's what you do, Dekomori chan.
Get a calendar. then.
You take some light hand weights, and do some curls, don't over do it at all, just what feels nice. keep it super light. just make sure your form is okayish.
Then do some squats, again, don't over do it at all. Just make sure your form is okayish and it feels nice.
After that, spend 15 mins to clean up your room/apartment/house what ever.
After that, take a nice (even long) shower.
And you are done for the day.
But this is the important part!
Add circle on your calendar on the day you did all these three.
Now for bonus points, go take a 30 min walk around where you live, this might actually be the second most important thing.(after circling the calendar.) add second circle on the calendar.
Keep doing this, and you will become happier, because those circles on your calendar will remind you how far you have gone.
existential dread will probably still be there, but now you are literally stronger to deal with it.
I have existential dread too, but now it's more like a , almost a good feeling. And it doesn't bother me now, it's almost fun. Now it has that nostalgic melancholy feeling, witch is pretty nice
actually.
The most important part is, you have to feel, like you did something at that day when you go to sleep.
