You know, I thought I was way done with it when I joined the last part of Zamasu for shits and giggles, then after I enjoyed the shit out of watching the tournament of power live I thought it was a great way to be done with the brand, and I did, I put it in the back of my mind, archived, but now that the man is gone and the more I think about it the more I realize how much of DB I consumed over the years: manga, anime, movies, vidyas, parodies, shitposts and the conversations sunk on it, real life or not, young or not, and the fact is that even when it was my favourite as a kid it was always neck and neck with Hokuto no Ken and Lupin, never over by a margin, yet it always pops up now that I recount how many times I interacted with it throughout the years, directly or not, given how many he influenced.
It's like fucking gravitational pull of entertainment, you can't help to go to it from time to time.
In this world I don't want him associated with those himey fucks, he's literally too good for them, but In an half-decent one they'd give him the nobel prize for literature, because not only he was absolutely phenomenal at what he did, not only he set the trend for his colleagues, he inspired and touched so many people world wide in so many ways it's not even quantifiable; from the guy who wanted to be an artist, to the guy going to the gym, to the third worlder that had nothing, to the kid who was dying of cancer but still pushed his arms up for the genkidama.
