The Black Star Dragon Ball arc had had a lot of boring moments but things kicked up once it got to M2. Baby and Syn were cool and interesting villains. Ledgic, Rilldo, Naturon, Nuova and Eis Shenron were cool antagonists too.
The battle with Baby had an actual motive and had the most interesting way of exacting revenge. Zamasu, who was basically the god version of Baby, could've been the best antagonist of DBS so far if he was executed better
The defeat of Super 17 was also pretty nice with a bit of intrigue as to whether or not the og 17 was contributing to his defeat or not. Which would make sense as to why an adroid built to kill multiple people would have the weakness of essentially fighting multiple people despite it never being a fault Gero or Myuu had
SSJ4 is one of the best transformations of the franchise imo and is a pretty neat subversion on the original SSJ form and is fitting final from. It looks like a literal "super" saiyan
Not to mention it had the best ending to DB series yet with tons of emotion, a sense of finality and mystique accompanied with a hopeful outlook of the world Goku left behind
Despite everything, GT was pretty cool
