>SS3 Goku: 300>Majin Boo: 300>SS Gotenks: 300It's stated that Gotenks could have beaten fat Boo, and Goku didn't know the kids could reach SS3. Piccolo confirms this later on when Super Boo appears, saying that the kids no longer have a chance at beating him. So Super Boo is clearly way above SS Gotenks, but then the kids reach SS3 and when they get serious, they decimate Super Boo in a second, only losing to the time limit. So:
>Super Boo: 2000>SS2 Gotenks: 900>SS3 Gotenks: 2700Then Gohan appears and beats Boo even worse and much easier than Gotenks, so Boo absorbs Gotenks (and Piccolo) and surpasses Gohan by a considerable margin.
