Definitely different. For one, a woman interested in politics was considered abnormal. Why should they be? It's the field of men (because when politics fail, the men are off to war). There's a reason women didn't vote, although you said 1500 so the men didn't vote either kek.
Men wore colorful tights and were basically peacocks. Now they're wearying non flashy earthy colors. They used to be poets and bards and artisans, now they're drunks and sportsmen and car mechanics. Beauty used to be a male driven field, because men could sculpt their bodies and write the romance and do the heroic deeds to woo the women.
Things were different back then (and better), and they will be different still in the future (and likely worse). It's just the way it goes.
