Argument could be made that in CSM he had a devil contract, Future Devil for example, that allowed him to be a real prophet, BUT Fujimoto gave us no reason to think that's the case. Never once did we actually see Nostradamus or anything else related to him besides this one prophecy, so it's just conjecture to assume he actually had real supernatural abilities someway, somehow, in order to make the prophecy be true. It's much easier to simply assume he was a scammer just like IRL.
