>>69685979There are some mystery novel forums. I used to go
jdcarr.com, but the place has been mostly dead for a while, but the discussion used to be great.
I'm sure there must be some forums dedicated to mystery novels, or where you could start some discussion on them and play a game like this one.
Sadly, though, most Golden Age mysteries are out of print and you'd have to buy old ones and not many people would pay for them. Though, if you're really interested, you could buy it, scan it, upload it and have people play, but well... that's perhaps too much, unless you'd really want to do it.
Personally, I do it with my friends. One of them buys a classic, we take copies, read the whole thing until the last 3 chapters - or wherever it is clear the game is over and only the answer is left, and then we gather in some café and talk about our ideas. We can easily spend hours on it. Sometimes we even delayed reading the end, because we wanted to make the discussion longer as we could still talk more, and once we're done, we read the end together and see who got more things right.
