I've shipped to addresses in South America before and it's worked out. Sometimes Paypal doesn't show up as a payment option if you put down a billing address outside the US, but if you fake a US address (I'll give you my PO box if you want) for billing it should appear every time and the shipping address will be your normal one.

Only do that as a last resort though.

My sister and I seldom get to spend much time together, and we're thinking we'll watch some anime together. The problem is, we have very different taste in anime.

My favorites are Slayers, Cowboy Bebop, Gurren Lagann, and Ghost in the Shell. Her favorites are Full Moon, Fruits Basket, and Ouron High School Host Club.

Honestly in my opinion they're are to many Animes out with this Tsundere stuff, where the girl is stubborn as hell and it takes her 15 episodes to even accept that she loves the guy, let alone confess it.

Also if I remember correctly at the end of Spice and Wolf II, Horo was STILL being Tsundere, even after they confessed each others feelings about 3 times. But I also remember Spice and Wolf II had a really inconclusive ending.

Cross Game - Fits your bill perfectly, be ready for some heartbreak though.
Kare Kano - personally my favorite Romance series, the romance is there right from the start, but they go through their relationship gradually and realistically
Crest of the Stars/Banner of the Stars - beautiful romance flourishes slowly in an interesting setting, one of the all time classics
Emma - a classic of the romance genre, love between different classes in Victorian England, a must see
Toshokan Senseou - really fun series, movie coming out this summer. The two main characters start out with a wall between them, and gradually grow closer.
Maria-sama ga Miteiru - if you aren't afraid of lesbians, you may want to check this out, many love stories come together in a very special school

Honorable mentions: Koi Kaze, Honey and Clover, Nodame Cantabile, Saikano
